Embezzlement Conspiracy:
Marilyn WhetherhultA very kind and generous George Whitmore being an 65-year-old with a retail business he bult up most of his life, with a son, Jason Whitmore and Jackie Whitmore finishing some college courses on business related subjects getting ready to hand his business over to his son and daughter and retire, He met a young girl named Eloise Parker in the lunch room while both of them were having lunch, after dating a few weeks George found he needed to hire a new secretary, as his previous one submitted her decision to retire with his leaving the company. George decides to hire Eloise as the new secretary; she accepted the offer to start working after her graduation with her Business Administration Degree. she started her new position in the company. George then retired and handed the reins to Jason, Jackie and Jimmy Froten the Bookkeeper with the complete control to them. The Business, started losing revenue so they consulted George as to what the solution would be to the problem. George told them to dump some of the lesser purchased products and offer new ones in their place he stated, “that should solve the problem at hand”. Jason reviews the sales records and did just that, it then increased the revenue for the company. Eloise fell in love with the idea to become rich and the life she imagined she could have with it she was trying to devise a plan to steal money from the company, Eloise then came up with the plan to meet up with the bookkeeper and develop a plan to agree with her plan to get the money by cooking the books. Together they started plotting to how to cook the books by Embezzling the company. After they accomplished their dirty deed, George started to get suspicious, due to his check grew smaller, he then hired a Richard Holder as the chosen Bookkeeper to investigate what was going on at the company, he suspected his son and daughter were trying to cheat him. Richard found Jimmy was directing 40% of the prophets to an alternate bank account, not belonging to the company, they found 40,000,000 dollars are missing. George suspected his son was directing him to do that for some unknown reasons. George came into the office and confronted Jason about It, Jason denied it and mentioned,” Maybe, Jackie done that” They called Jackie into the office, she denied knowing anything about it. George decided to bring in his long time employed bookkeeper in to the office. Jimmy entered the office, George immediately attacked him verbally with, “what about this account you have been sending 40% of the prophets for this company since I left, who told replying you to do this.?” Jimmy looked surprised, “I was sending it to an account that would save the company from losing revenue as a savings and backup account, I thought it would be a good idea, don’t you?” , “You should have advised Jason and Jackie that was what you are doing and also should have gotten permission before you did start something like that, you’re fired, we will appoint Richard as the new bookkeeper for the company.” George responded. Jimmy disappeared, the FBI was notified of the situation to investigate the situation, they searched for him and found out both Jimmy and the bank account disappeared also, Eloise left a hand written resignation note for them to find on her desk and left the office making it impossible to locate her. Later they were notified by Mexico City the body of Jimmy was found, no other information as to where he lived and where the money was, . The Mexican Policeman Jose Ortega was staying with a woman named Rosa Salas, their investigation found she increased her bank account by 20,000,000 dollars 2 month ago. She told them during their interrogation with her, a friend Jose Delacruz gave her the money for safe keeping for his return from Africa. They check on that information and found it was not true, he did not exist. The FBI wanted her brought to the United States for a meeting with her. They stated, “she was released as they had no Reason to hold her. When they tried to relocate her, she disappeared.” The FBI cold not find Eloise either. So, the closed the case, some months later the FBI received notification Rosa Salas was found deceased in an old shack, with no person of interest. After a few more months, Nevada police notified the FBI the recovered a body in the woods they believe it is the body of Eloise Parker. They believe it has been there for 5 days according to their coroner.
