Fiction story that explains how a vision should be crafted. The story is about a Manufacturing company that is into the production of Beverages called "Kalampa".The book should detail the following: 1. The change management system put in place using the ADKAR model. 2. The identification of resistance to change 3. The framework put in place to manage resistance 4. The desk-top research carried out by the staff of the organisation to identify its peers and what they are all doing. To also benchmark what it wants to do. 5. It should also chronicle the meeting of the strategist with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)to determine what his dream is. 6. After the meeting with the CEO, the next meeting is with the head of Departments, which would chronicle what they think they can do. The book should detail that after the discussion, 3 out of the 10 Directors believe they are not prepared for the vision. 7. This period chronicles the discussion with the 3 Directors that felt they are not prepared. They came out with Strategic Initiatives to bridge the Strategic Gap that was identified. 8. An environmental analysis was carried out using the SWOT analysis and a detail list was presented to management. 9. After the SWOT analysis report, objectives were developed from the identified Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Also Key Performance Indicators (KPI) were also identified. Strategic Initiatives were also agreed. 10. The strategy that was developed was then communicated across the organisation with its seven branches and a Head quarter in the country business hub. 11. The Change Facilitators that were identified during the change management diagnostic were responsible for communicating the strategy. 12. The governance framework requires strategy review session to be held once a quarter to review performance of the strategy.
