An immigrant named Gavino Bondone and wife came to America changed his name to bonds due to not being able to obtain work thought it was because of his last name changed it to Bonds he then found work with a man named Gilbert Degerno in a pizza parlor, he worked there learning the business for three years, he thought as he was leaving work that evening about starting his own business, went home he pitched his idea of starting their own restaurant/pizza parlor with his wife would cook the full Italian meals and he would make the pizza’s, she agreed. They started a pizza parlor; it was very successful. they were able then to send his son Ezra to college; Ezra graduated with 2 degrees one in mathematics and the other one in Business management. Ezra married a woman named Henrietta Degrasio he met in college she graduated the same time with 3 degrees he found employment with a factory as a manager, until it went out of business years later. He then obtained a position with the school as a teacher in Mathematics for a year or so. The rent for their home kept increasing, making it difficult to make ends meet, Ezra was having lunch in the school cafeteria milling over his problem seeking a to find a solution. A fellow teacher Jeffery Holbrook sat down at his table across from him, Ezra then asked him,” would you mind helping me find a solution to a problem I am having?” Jeffery responded, “Not a problem, what is the problem?” Ezra told him the situation, Jeffery then said, “I was just reading an article in the paper about two cities in Arizona deciding on which one would take the University or to be the capital of the state, Tucson chose the university and is hiring professors now, I was considering applying for a position myself.” They both sent their resumes and were accepted. both Jeffery and Ezra resigned there position there and left for Tucson Arizona Ezra found a perfect house for sale by owner on Nevada Ave next to the University, which he immediately negotiated a deal with the owner, after some years he was disappointed in the cost of some of his favorite foods, nuts ,berries, and fruit, so he was reding in the paper a reporter wrote an article how a developer was upset with the city due to preventing him from developing a large acreage property next to the river the city thought it was a flood zone this made Ezra think this is the answer to his Delema if he could purchase the property and develop it into an orchard to grow his own things he liked to eat into a nut and fruit tree orchard, a lot of years later as the orchard was very successful it became very stressful to keep it in status and teach at the University, he had to either sell it or retire to take care of it. He decided to retire and build a house to live and process thE crop to sell it to the nearby cities , he went to some city markets getting contracts for their produce items, and lived very well his four sons helped him until the grew up three of them, Jeramy, Jerico, Alanzo went on to find more lucrative endeavors in the cities but Lorenzo stayed and took over the operations of the orchard with the orchard until he was unable to. He then retired handing the orchard over to his Reggie. then the paranormal happened when lightning hit a walnut tree
